Wires and connection


Ignition trigger- yellow wire (145cm/57”)- connect to a switched power source like head light, trial light, horn.

This wire sends an electrical signal to trigger power supply for 5 Red positive (+)  output leads. 

Positive(+) power lead (Input)- Red wire (47cm/18 ½”)- connect to the positive point on the battery from the bike.

Ground(-) (Input)- Black wire (47cm/18 ½”)- connect to a ground point on battery or frame of the bike. 

Positive(+) power lead (output)- Red wire (33cm/13”)- connect to the positive lead of the device.

Ground(-) (output)- Black wire (33cm/13”)- connect to the ground lead of all devices.

LED Indicators and Power On/Off Delay


Once the ignition is turned on/off, the connected devices/accessories will power up/off after a 10-second delay. This is to avoid power supply to devices dropping down when the engine starts/stops.

Electric Current : Input/Output 


Input max is 20A. Output each wire has 3A inline fuse, this can be changed but no more than 5A. Total current for 5 wires no more than 20A.

Connectors


5 x Posi-lock for 5 x red positive(+) power lead (output , 33cm/13”) to connect to the positive lead of the device.

1 x Posi-tap for yellow Ignition trigger wire (145cm/57”) connect to switched power source like head light, trial light, horn.

1 x Spade terminal connector for red positive(+) power lead (Input, 47cm/18 ½”) to connect to the positive poing on battery from bike.

1 x Spade terminal connector for Black wire (47cm/18 ½”) connect to ground point on battery or frame of bike.

1 x Spade terminal connector for Black wire (33cm/13”)- connect to the ground lead of all devices.
