Since purchasing the K3 there’s been a few niggly issues but the service from David and the team over email has been brilliant. He’s patiently and methodically helped me troubleshoot and resolve nearly everything and I can’t fault the service level at all. Thank you team!

Bought one earlier in the year and it recently had an issue. Steve said to send it back and he confirmed the unit was not working and sent me a new one. Could not get the bloody thing to work but after a 5 minute call with Steve we were up and running again and now looking forward to my journey home and will check out my riding when i get in Thanks so much Steve for your patience and help getting me set up again Was so simple in the end DOH MP

Chose the k3 rather than the 5 because of camera size at the front. Great kit, as all the you tube videos show its been made as easy as possible for people to fit themselves. Discreet and quality.

I bought this C5 camera for my second motorcycle after using the K2 on my touring machine. Very easy to install and excellent image quality for a dash type camera system. Just a point - I found I had to uninstall the K2 app and use the C5 app for both bikes as the two apps seem to cause connection issues when both installed. Overall, an excellent product from an excellent seller.

Fast delivery of the camera kit. It is presented well, instructions are clear but fitting can be trouble with all the wiring, just take time doing it and everything will be fine. Great picture quality with little vibration and the microphone works well.

Innovv K2. This took a while thinking about, but in the end I order it, I am very happy with it, it is easy to fit and seems very good quality. The picture quality is good to. over all I am well impressed.

Fitting was simplicity itself and picture quality great. Needed an extension lead for the rear camera as fitting to my car but Innovv were great in getting the required lead to me within 72 hours.

Fabulous company to do business with. Truth be told, I've not installed the new cameras, just yet, but I'm looking forward to doing this. The product reviews are very positive. The K2 motorcycle camera is very well packaged, coming with everything that you need to install. Delivery was spot on, very prompt. Brilliant service & assistance: I inherited the system on my bike but couldn't get it to work, so called Steve who promptly identified the issues and - when we concluded one of the lenses was u/s - got another out to me the next day. I am extremely impressed, and now it's working, delighted with both the intuitive way it's been designed and with the picture quality. Well worth every penny

Quick delivery. Plenty of installation info, videos etc. A look and feel of quality components.

Innovv K2 Installed system to a BMW r1250 RS and found all operated as instruction. Such a quality Product very Impressed. Some kind of Visual Indication that the system is recording would be Ideal Perhaps the green neon could illuminate under the seat Just a thought.

K3 Camera & Power Hub Purchased the K3 camera, which is perfect in itself, but also bought the the Power Hub 2 to manage power supply to it and other accessories (sat nav etc), The power hub was slightly lacking in documentation but Innovv support was really helpful and responsive to all questions. Products and company recommended!

Just installed a K2 on my CB 1300. Couldn't get it to work properly at first. I rang Innovv UK for advice, turned out to be a faulty connection. Not being very good at techie stuff, they were excellent in explaining and helping me to set the unit up.

This is my 2nd K3, I was so impressed by the first on on my kawasaki z1000sx that I left it on the bike for its next owner to enjoy the experience and to know they were safely covered in the event of any altercation on the road. So another K3 on another kawasaki z1000sx and it’s already had a lot of interest from biker mates that like I the look of it, the way it performs on the road and clear picture and video quality it provides. Would I recommend this product…….100% Yes in a heart beat & without any hesitation.

The Innovv K2 is used by all the bloodbikes in Wales and as one myself I bought one for my RT1200 Between me and my mechanic we managed to drop 4 sd cards into the body and not one inserted properly Luckily I phoned Steve Whelan, the very helpful man who sells it, and sent it back to him Within a couple of days he has fixed it and it is now making its way back to me Superb service indeed Ps put the sd card in carefully

Purchased the k5 after lots of comparisons. It is very well packaged and presented. I found installation a little challenging as I have on my VN900 cruiser which offers no plastics to hide cable behind, I feel the connector cables would benefit from being a few inches longer, just to make sure they are well concealed. However I am quite pleased with the result. The quality of the camera is excellent, the app is simple to use, however I find it will not connect automatically to my android phone. But this said I can fully recommend this system

Excellent service. Ordered one day and delivered the next in ultra quick time, first class. Product looks very professional and robust and although I’ve not fitted it yet there are clear and concise instructions so no worries there. Well done Innovv excellent work.

Great product. Do not confuse this with the cheap devices on Amazon. THIS is a serious piece of kit. Excellent sound and video quality. An excellent stable phone app to accompany it. Simple to fit if a little fiddly but that’s more to do with my desire for neat cabling. It works brilliantly comes on with the ignition and starts recording. My only niggle would be that it would be better if the exposed Allen heads for various screws would be better as security star screws just as an extra deterrent especially in the K5 system where If the front camera were removed the brains of the system would be gone.

Recently, completely stumped by a defunct INNOVV K2 dashcam I contacted David on INNOVV UK Technical team. David totally sorted me out and got my K2 up and running again. Brilliant service and very happy customer. Well done INNOVV UK!

Quality poduct. Installation made easy by video and documantation. Purchased from official Innovv dealer who responded promptly with information when asked. Having used the system and become accustomed to how it functions I am very impressed by the performance and quality of the recordings. I like the way everything is automatic when the bike is turned on. Downloading is a little slow and only one file at a time, however if recording a long trip easier to remove the sd card and use the usb keyring adaptor that comes in the box. Very happy so far, long may it continue.

I bought a K2 DVR system a few years ago. Recently the system started to intermittently power off when in use. David from Innovv UK helped diagnose a faulty power supply. Replacement unit arrived 48 hours later. Everything seems to be working fine. No pressure to buy a new DVR system

My K3 Camera system arrived very quickly, unfortunately I had to wait a couple of weeks to fit it to my new bike. Very easy to fit once I had found a live feed of the fuse box, camera fitments used existing screw holes.

First class help from David at INNOVV when my camera / gps stopped working after a year fault free. He worked through all the scenarios patiently with me and even took the time to test the main DVR unit at the office. Turned out the issue was at my end and the wiring had been compromised within the bike…. Huge thanks for all your help

I have been using the camera for over a year now and decided to change the mount so ordered the new version plus a separate microphone so that I can do a voice over commentary for teaching use, as usual the advice and help received was excellent. First class product and backup

INNOVV have provided a fantastic piece of kit. I have the K3 unit. My DVR had a few issues after 11 months and these Guys sorted it in just a few days. Kind, courteous, and professional. I’d recommend them anytime.

Great aftersales service from Steve. My 3.5 year old C5 camera stopped working and he correctly diagnosed the lens/cable as the issue . Tested both my cable and DVR returned to him and provided new lens/ cable .Also supplied Foc new lens mount. Fast service . Thanks

Had the camera for over a year , but it developed a fault , contacted David in support and within a few days it was replaced and back on the vehicle . First class communications and great service , next vehicle I’ll be purchasing from them again !

Great product and easy to install, I was a bit unsure when purchasing but once you get everything out of the box and you watch a few YouTube tutorials is fairly straight forward. Great quality filming, does take a while to down load via Wi-Fi but they are good quality he files so worth the wait.

Quite simply a great piece of kit! Well made and easy to fit. Everything you need is in the box. It’s the detail that counts such as the 3M tape pieces are made to measure. I also rang the Innovv office to clarify a delivery issue with Royal Mail and my call was answered in seconds. Query resolved on the spot! Overall very pleased - can you tell!!? I bought the K2 Unit 2 years ago From innovv UK,I only noticed the unit wasn't working last year when I got back from a trip to Scotland I Spoke to David and he talked me through various checks to work out what was at fault.It turned out to be the main brain of the system...the Dvr.I was asked to send it back so David could check it over.It turned out to be unrepairable. Out of the Blue David sent me a replacement unit free of charge.For an item that was over 2 years old and no receipt I consider that 1st class service and very much appreciated. I couldn't recommend them enough for the 1st class service and excellent aftersales. Glen Clark. Fitted to a BMW Gs 1250.

Great product! The access to stored fotage is very slow, but not an issue for me as I use it for safety and luckly haven't needed it so far, and if I do just need to pop the SD card on the PC and done.

Excellent doesn't do them justice. Purchased my k2 camera August 2019, all good, power supply gave up January 2020, not noticed till may 2020. So Facebook message on a Saturday evening, replied to very promptly. Email followed, again quick reply, then a telephone call to diagnose the issue. Within a week new power supply arrived. All this prompt service despite the Covid lockdown being in full affect.

I have tried other and the video resolution was poor. got the k5 and was well impressed with the video resolution so got the H5 the only thing i find is trying to view the recording on my phone using the innovv app

Installation was simple but take your time to strip the bike down to run the cables as it makes the finished result. The cameras are crystal clear and the images sharp. I have left the time delays set as they were at the factory and have had no battery issues. Overall I`m very impressed with the K2 and just wish there was more space under the seat on my bike (Triumph Street Triple 675R) as there is a lot of cable. Good job Innovv Richard, Bedford

Ordered the Innov K2 on Wednesday afternoon, missed the 1pm deadline for processing order the same day so didn't expect it to be processed until today (Thursday). To my surprise, my order was processed yesterday and arrived today (Thursday). Less than 24 hours from order to delivery - excellent service and had several emails keeping me updated on progress of order 😁 I can't fault the service so far, K2 being fitted next week so will update review further once fitted.

Been using the K2 for 3 years and am really happy with the picture quality. Unfortunately moving the system to my new bike I damaged the GPS receiver. Ordered a replacement from Innovv UK. Their service and delivery was first class. Thank you.

I am so pleased with the customer service I have receive from Mr David Browning for my faulty camera that I used for a year up to 10-12 hours a day They offered to fix it immediately and I’m very happy with the results!

Purchased the K2 innov, so far very impressed. Fortunately i have a colleague who is a bike mechanic so he wired it in for me. The quality is outstanding, best advice is use the innov memory card, I tried an alternative and it only recorded half the footage, I went for the innov 128gb and its been fine. I've found it very useful considering some of the manner of driving by others whilst on the bike.

Just bought and. fitted K3 Innovv camera to my multistrada 1200, excellent pictures, easy to use and install. so far prefer this to my old road hawk and even the go pro 5 as it is set up and you just ride. All arrived on time as they said and kept me advised on delivery. Good product, why don't manufacturers fit cameras these days I do not know, this one would certainly be a great asset on any bike.

And excellent company to deal with. My order came prompt, I made an error with one item which they replaced for me without question and didn't even want the cost of postage. Will definitely deal with in the future.

First met the Innovv team at a bike show where I bought a Drift Ghost 4K from them. Later, looking for something a bit more dashcam-like I purchased a C5 helmet cam from them which is superb. It recently saved any argy-bargy when a delivery driver reversed into my Tracer 900 causing a lot of damage. It recorded everything including my (colourful) speech and the five second horn blast he failed to hear. Get one - now. Whenever I've needed help the guys at Innovv are always super quick to respoend and have sent me odd parts free, even when I've offered to pay. Can I give six stars?

Bought the Innovv K2 from Innovv UK for my GS1200. Quick delivery of an excellent product. Had a few issues to begin with but these were soon resolved by Steve at Innovv UK. Excellent after sales service. Highly recommended. David

Immediately you could see the quality of the k2 system. The customer support is fantastic also. I asked for the 3m camera cable to swapped for a 1.5m which they obliged by the end of the week. It was easy to mount the system, the cameras, GPS antenna and main unit. The app is fantastic, very easy to use while still having good functionality.

So far all seems great. Fast delivery, easy installation (could do with more detail into correct mounting position for GPS module as conflicting instructions on YouTube). Great service from sales team and advice. Quality is great. Only time will tell but would definitely purchase again.

Chose K2 because so many people have rated it well. The ordering process was easy and delivery was fast. I have fitted it to the GS and the results are good. I’ve only tested it in the workshop so far (too cold out to ride) but hope to give it a full test within the next few days. Top marks 😁

100% happy with my purchase of the K2 Duel camera system. Fitting the system to my FJR1300 worked out easier than I thought the longest part was routing the cables. So anyone thinking of a F/R camera’s For their bike give the K2 a go you won’t be disappointed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely outstanding communications while resolving an out-of-warranty issue. I was kept informed throughout, service was prompt and efficient. Upon receipt of the repaired item I was impressed enough to go straight out & purchase another! Customer service as exceptional as Innovv provided is very rare these days and much appreciated. No hesitations in giving them a hearty recommendation.

Bought the INNOVV K3 as a dash cam for my bike, have to say one of the easiest installs I have ever done. Good clear instructions, great quality footage and fittings. Customer service is also worth the five stars, I required an extra bracket and it was all sorted very quickly without fuss. Well done guys!

In a word - exceptional! Bought a K3, delivered quickly, easier than I thought to install, and the video and stills are surprisingly high quality. Had one issue with the camera mounting brackets which didn't seem secure enough. A quick email exchange confirmed they were cut wrongly, and a new pair were with me in less than 24 hours - brilliant service!

Great customer service going above and beyond to help rectify poor service and missing parts after an install by BMW motorad in Manchester. David and Stephen couldn't help enough, sorting out the parts with great communications and speedy service. Just bought the K3 system via Amazon and installed this weekend. I must say the product is brilliant. Very high quality components and easy to install. Works a charm and all interfaces are really intuitive. The Iphone app is amazing too and really easy to use and pull out the clips i’ve saved. It’s so refreshing to have something work so well for what it’s intended for.

Fast delivery and everything was exactly perfect.

Fantastic quality products and great after sales service. I purchased the K3 system, looks hard to install at first but is actually really easy and I was up and running in no time. There are some really nice features in the app which makes this more than just your average 'dash cam' setup. I will be purchasing further components from them in the near future, firstly a helmet cam :)

I have the Innovv K2 (The WiFi signal on the K2 is ok but not that great but its since been replaced by the K3 which seems to have fixed that) and I'm really happy that I do. The installation was very straight forward (albeit creativity was required due to the limited spaces provided by Triumph to their T120 owners, hardly Innovv's fault) and the components are of exceptional quality. Customer service has been excellent and in all respects I'm very happy to recommend the company.

I rang Innovv UK, and they where very helpful and I have purchased a motorbike camera for hubby, for Christmas, I cannot wait to see his face, I even told one of my daughter-in-laws, and she has purchased a camera for our son. Camera arrived the next day as stated. Cannot wait to see hubby's face on Christmas morning. I would purchase again from Innovv UK

INNOVV is one of those companies who just want to help! The cameras are brilliant, certainly on a motorcycle and provide a high qulaity recording of where you're going / been. They are the UK distributor for the parent Company in China. The true reality though is the After-Service provided by the 'boss', Steve and Dave, his very able employee. This latter service is - for me - what matters most. There are those who sell equipment and those who then 'look after you'. My two (two bikes) work very well - I NEED them to work for the work I do on either bike. Can't recommend the product and certainly Dave / Steve enough!! Mike Bentley

All as expected, ordering was easy and arrived on time. I only bought it in case I needs to prove fault in the event of an accident and don’t use it post rides. There was an incident when I was cut up very badly and I planned to post this clip on a site to report to Police but the complete card was blank! This has only happen the once.

I can not rate this company and there pre and after sales care and attention to detail they have been amazing, they are simply a credit to themselves and they totally deserve the highest rating possible, it is just a shame there are only 5 starts. Image quality is excellent. The app is a bit clunky, I can't see the Live View or Photo's on my iPhone, which is a shame. The wifi signal is a bit slow, so if you want to view or download video you need to use the card reader on your computer, not the app on your phone.

This product has been recommended by many, which is why I took the plunge and bought the Innovv K2. Already received great customer service and would highly recommend this product to anyone thinking about spending their hard earn’t money.

Excellent product, excellent after sales service. Only criticism is that it could be designed with better more versatile mounts and not just for bikes. I ride a trike and the mounts are not the best they had too be adapted to be able to use.
