Recent Samsung Software update has changed mobile device settings that effect the wifi and connection to the Innovv Cameras.

Please follow below

a. Ensure location services is turned on in your mobile device settings on. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-switch-on-my-location-and-change-my-location-settings/

b. Go to phone WiFi network, and find the K2 WiFi network. Click the information icon, then Click Forget it. You will then need to re-input the default password 12345678.

c. Delete the Innovv App from your mobile and install again to ensure you have the current version

d. After actioned above if still no joy please set your mobile device to Flight Mode and try again
